Recapture Live Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series

WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES A RELEASE AND LICENSE FROM YOU, AND A LIMITATION OF CERTAIN OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SUPPORTER SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. IMPORTANT: TWO SEPARATE PROMOTIONAL COMPONENTS

The Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series consists of two distinct promotional components: 1. Creator Tournament (Performance-Based Contest) 2. Supporter Sweepstakes (Random Drawing) Each component awards one (1) separate prize. Participation in one component does not constitute participation in the other.

1. Sponsor The Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series is sponsored and administered by Recapture Management, Inc., 11736 Osprey Pointe Boulevard, Clermont, Florida 34711 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other third-party platform.

2. Promotion Period The Hawaii Championship Series begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on March 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 21, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. PART I – CREATOR TOURNAMENT (SKILL-BASED CONTEST)

3. Creator Tournament Overview The Creator Tournament is a performance-based competition. The tournament winner will be determined solely by objective, pre-established competition metrics set forth in separate Creator Contest Rules. No element of chance is involved in determining the Creator Tournament winner. The Creator Tournament is not a sweepstakes.

4. Creator Eligibility Open only to creators selected and designated by Sponsor to participate in the Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series.

5. Creator Prize One (1) Creator Prize will be awarded. Creator Prize: One (1) trip to Oahu, Hawaii Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,999. Trip details (including travel, lodging, dates, and accommodations) will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated.

6. Creator Winner Determination The Creator Tournament winner will be determined based solely on objective competition metrics outlined in the separate Creator Contest Rules. Because this is a skill-based contest, odds of winning depend on the performance of each participating creator. 2 PART II – SUPPORTER SWEEPSTAKES (RANDOM DRAWING)

7. Supporter Sweepstakes Overview The Supporter Sweepstakes is a separate, chance-based promotion. The winner will be selected by random drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. All entry methods provide equal odds.

8. Supporter Eligibility Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor and Match Group Americas, LLC, and their respective affiliates, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

9. How to Enter the Supporter Sweepstakes There are three (3) methods of entry. Limit 25 total entries per person during the Promotion Period.

A. Upward App Entry Download and register on the Upward app during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile device.

B. Free Mail-In Entry Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail to: Recapture Management, Inc. Attn: Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series Supporter Sweepstakes 8750 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75231 Each postcard equals one (1) entry. Limit 24 mail-in entries per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period.

C. Qualifying Supporter Activity During Livestreams Participants will receive one (1) entry for each instance of qualifying supporter activity during designated Upward x RL Hawaii Championship Series livestreams hosted by any active Recapture Livestream Creator.

Qualifying supporter activity means sending any LIVE Gift of any value to any active Recapture Livestream Creator during an officially designated livestream during the Promotion Period. There is no minimum Coin requirement. There is no fixed diamond or monetary threshold. Any LIVE Gift qualifies as one (1) entry. LIVE Gifts sent outside designated livestreams or to individuals not part of Recapture Livestream do not qualify. Limit 24 entries per person and per TikTok account using this method. LIVE Gifts are governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service.

10. Supporter Sweepstakes Prize One (1) Supporter Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded. Supporter Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) trip to Oahu, Hawaii Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,999. Trip details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included.

11. Supporter Winner Selection On or about March 24, 2026, one (1) potential Supporter winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

12. Winner Verification (Applies to Both Prizes) Potential winners must: • Respond within five (5) business days of notification; • Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; • Provide a completed IRS Form W-9 if required. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 5 Sponsor may attempt up to three alternate selections.

13. General Conditions Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or violates these Official Rules. Automated entries, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods are prohibited. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address will be deemed the entrant.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Match Group Americas, LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Entrants waive California Civil Code §1542 and similar laws. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or platform malfunctions.

15. Publicity License Participation constitutes consent for Sponsor and Match Group Americas, LLC to use entrant’s name, likeness, social media handles, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

16. Right to Modify or Cancel Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. 6
