In 2021, Alex and Elyse connected through a Christian dating app called "Upward". After going on a few dates, they officially became a couple on January 30th. In April, Alex gave Elyse a promise ring, and on December 24th, he proposed to her. Together, they have rescued a lab mix named Remi and welcomed a chocolate lab named Hunny into their family. As they embark on their journey as husband and wife, Alex and Elyse are excited to see what God has in store for their future.
