I met Monique on the Upward app, even though I wasn't expecting much from it. Dating apps haven't worked out for me in the past, but when she messaged me, I responded. We exchanged numbers and began talking every day. Our first date was in May, and we continued to talk even more. Eventually, we fell in love. Monique proposed to me on my 30th birthday in October, and we eloped on November 7th. We had our wedding ceremony on January 8th of this year, and we are both incredibly happy. I am grateful to Upward and thankful to the Lord for bringing us together.
