Upward in early July of 2022. He swiped right first, but I messaged him first. We had an instant connection and decided to go on a date soon after we started talking. On our first date, we went to a local coffee shop and then to the movies. The connection was even stronger in person, and before the movie started, he asked me to be his girlfriend. Our relationship has been long-distance as I live an hour and forty minutes away, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We both want to spend the rest of our lives together, so he finally proposed to me on December 31, 2023. We are currently planning our wedding for November 22, 2024.
